Yeah I did not think so either. I channeled that
negativity yesterday into 60 minutes of
zumba, 90 minutes on the
elliptical, and 30 minutes of weights. Last week was tough enough so I am determined to make that scale move in the right direction on Monday night. So while I certainly want good things to come my way - well it does not mean that in the mean time that I cannot smile. Off to the gym I go.
