I am obsessed with time - too much of it, not enough of it, using it wisely, wasting it, how much I have of it - time, time, time. A lot of questions there but one thing I know for sure it is high time to get going back to the gym. I should have been going all along but I am going to focus on the positive and am leaving now to get in some
cardio. I just have to stick with it. I know how important it is but I get so lazy - time to change that.
