Quickly Becoming an Old Man!

I kept reading all these articles how sardines are actually healthy food and very good for you. I see them all the time at the dollar store and decide I have to do some more healthy things for myself. I break down and buy them thinking they would be so gross but if I eat them regularly then I will be all the better for it. WELL they are actually good! Kinda a bit yummy. How nuts is that?!? I just took a huge leap toward being the old man I always knew I would be. Life is just insanity.

Congratulations!!!

My oldest niece, and god daughter, graduated from high school last night and so I went to the ceremony and we all got Chinese food after. My oldest niece is in the white hat. I am super happy I was able to be here and of course me and my other niece (in the blue hat) took every chance to be as goofy and silly as possible. The big party is on Sunday and I cannot wait!

East Coast Living

Well I made it to Boston and although it was a hectic day between the two offices at work on Wednesday - I still made my flight no problem and all was all smooth sailing from then on. There is completely a conspiracy happening as over the phone EVERYONE talked about the terrific weather that Boston is having and yet I have not seen the sun for over 24 hours now. Oh of course they all say it is just me, I brought the bad weather, etc. Please do know that I am not falling for it - there is no way the weather just happens to be crappy only when I am here. What is next - someone gonna try to sell me the Zakim Bridge???? But it is all good and I am happy to be here.

Flea Market Scenes

Don't know much about marketing but seriously - why is the fur skin trapper hat not a big seller in San Diego??
This is like one of those color blind tests we used to do in school. I still can't see the apple on the picnic table.
Obviously these feet did not prove to be too lucky to the rabbits that formerly owned them.

Reasons to be Afraid of Disney

Clowns of course!!!
The marionettes are really dead little kids. I have seen this Lifetime movie of the week and trust me, this does not end well for the little boy!
For as long as I can remember my mother has been deathly afraid of frogs. She seriously has always had a freak out whenever she has come across one. Knowing this, as kids we used to bring them to her as a surprise. A surprise that mostly usually ended up with hearing the words, "You fucking kids!" being screamed.

Tourist Scenes

Hail, hail the gang's all here.

It might be a small world after all but oh goodness gracious not for me. Oh well - gives me a perpetual goal :)

Definitely a little freaky sailing round the ocean on this thing. Was cool although I am not thinking after all the waves we had, that this is something I need to repeat.

A refreshing time at Balboa Park.
Of course we had to go to Kobey's swap meet to look for treasures.

It's About Time

I am back! Been a bit focused on my work lately and then my parents and niece came for a visit. My parents are definitely nuts but no complaints as I am so happy they came to visit and we all had a great time. It is the second time they have been out her since I relocated. We played tourist all around San Diego and then even went up to Disneyland one day (their idea but not mine). It was good to be able to share where I live with the important who made me who I am.
